Hi,
The current refresh time for Power BI file is almost 50 mins. We need to apply incremental refresh with two conditions:
On weekdays, it should refresh current as well as previous month data and on weekend, it should refresh the entire dataset. We are using SQL server database. Is it possible to achieve this in Power BI desktop?
Thanks,
Rinku
Hi @Anonymous , @amitchandak Thank you co much for the reply.
Is it possible to achieve that through Power BI M Query?
Thanks,
Rinku

1.First, you should arrange the time of schedule refresh reasonably, and arrange the schedule refresh at the time when the resource consumption is less.
2.It is possible to achieve the advanced incremental refresh operation you describe in PowerBI with the help of XMLA endpoints, but there are some limitations and advice
, if you really want to use incremental refresh and full refresh in turn, you must have a PPU license or above. You can refer to the following link for the specific configuration method:

@patilpoonam21 , We can do such things in Microsoft Fabric. But I doubt that in Power BI using standard incremental UI
