Incremental refresh error

Why doesn't work? It says to set parameters but I have just done

Incremental refresh is configured in Desktop and takes effect in Service .

What do you mean by the data on desktop version ? Such as SQL Server ?

I try again to explain my doubt. 

When I open my PBI file after incremental refresh, sales aren't updated, while the sales on web file yes.

So, the incremental refresh works only on the web account?

I solved te problem: I have used format Date, not Date/hour 

But I don't understand one thing: only data on web is updated?

The data on desktop version doesn't update?
