My data source is from share point file

This is only waring message and not effect on the following configuration of incremental refresh. But before that, you need to check if the using data source support query folding. You can review this official documentation for the data sources that support query folding. And you can use the Power Query Diagnostics feature or trace queries by using a tool supported by the data source, like SQL Profiler to verify the necessary query folding is occurring...
