Incremental Refresh

I have configured Incremental Refresh for  the report and defined Parameters as below and i have data from 01-Apr-2017

 RangeStart 01-Apr-17
RangeEnd 15-Mar-20 and filtered using the parameters

but when i have configured the incremental refresh and scheduled  the dataset, it is taking around 37 minutes to refresh with incremental and

without incremental refresh it is refreshing with in 12 minutes.

Why is this happening???
