Hi,
I need to setup incremental refresh.
Documentation on Microsoft seems to indicate single source - what does that mean?
I have 7 different tables_views coming from Snowflake
Most would benefit from incremental refresh
If not incremental refresh are there other options such as external tools, power automate, etc....
Thanks,
w
Single data source
When you configure incremental refresh and real-time data by using Power BI Desktop, or configure an advanced solution by using Tabular Model Scripting Language (TMSL) or Tabular Object Model (TOM) through the XMLA endpoint, all partitions, whether import or DirectQuery, must query data from a single source.

Hi @tecumseh - when dealing with large datasets , you can apply incremental refresh.
Each table (or view) that you configure for incremental refresh must originate from one data source (e.g., Snowflake in your case).
You cannot combine multiple sources in a single table that is set up for incremental refresh.
However, you can have multiple tables/views (from Snowflake) with incremental refresh, as long as each table follows the rules.
Since your 7 tables/views all come from Snowflake, they can individually have incremental refresh.
