Hi, In the PROD environment, one of our reports was encountering refresh errors. To fix this, we enabled the incremental refresh property in the PROD environment. Subsequently, in our DEV/TEST environments, we updated our report with new features. Please note that we did not apply the incremental refresh property in the DEV/TEST environments.
However, when users in the PROD environment updated their solutions with latest release, they did not see our latest changes reflected in their environments. The issue is likely related to the incremental refresh property. Do you have any insights or suggestions regarding this matter? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi @ltns ,
There are many reasons for problems with incremental refreshes in production and development environments, and I suggest that they can be troubleshooted from the following perspectives:
1.Check compatibility:
Ensure that changes made in the DEV/TEST environment are compatible with the incremental refresh strategy applied in the PROD environment.
2.Clear the cache
3.Verify the refresh status:
In Power BI Service, go to the PROD environment, open the dataset settings, and check the refresh history. Ensure that the incremental refresh completed successfully.
4.Refresh the DEV/TEST environment:
Refresh the datasets in the DEV/TEST environment to ensure they reflect the latest changes.
