Can anyone tell me, why Power BI - "chart histogram with grouping" drawing 4.7 > 5.2, 381 < 378. Same data work well with "grouped histogram".

Then I think that maybe you are using secondary y axis for the line column
Please check your "Format" of your chart, choose "Y-axis",
there is a "show secondary" selection, if that's on, that's the reason.
