Incorrect Subtotals and Grand Totals

Hi guys,

Full time lurker first time poster here so be gentle. I have a report with a matrix and two slicers as follows:

image (1).png

This is my model which uses two bridge tables "Staff ID" and "PP Start Date":

In my report all the measures/columns from the "Past Gross Pay" table add up correctly at row, sub total and grand total levels. However, the same is not true for sub totals and totals fromt the "Past Net Pay" and "TAARPAST" tables. At the row level they seem to be correct. For example my measure for the "Net Pay" column is as follows:

As you can see I want to be able to use the "Contract Description" from the "ContractCategory" table and the "PP Start Date and PP" table to be able to slice the data. I have tried the following to adjust the measure from reviewing other similar issues posted on - HASONEVALUE, SUMMARIZE.

Perhaps its my model thats needs to be tweaked. Sorry I cant share the data but any help would be greatly appreciated. Indeed all the help by reading this forum in general is greatly appreciated!

Thanks very much!

@Anonymous This looks like a measure totals problem. Very common. See my post about it here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/DAX-Commands-and-Tips/Dealing-with-Measure-Totals/td-p/63376

Also, this Quick Measure, Measure Totals, The Final Word should get you what you need:
