Income Statement with calculation group & conditional formatting issue

Hello all,

I need urgent help with this issue am facing.

Am trying to create a matrix visual to create income statement for the Actual MTD, Budget MTD , LY MTD with a Var% as you can see in the below image1.png

the problem is the Var% column shows for the expense measure i created (Rebate/Ton) as a positive change while it should be in a negative , and in the YoY% Should be a Positive.

i created a coulmn in my data set to idenify the expense account as you can see in the below image as well:

but i don't know how to use it inside the calcuation group i created , this is the YoY% measure i used in one of the calculations

Is there a way to fix this, should i change/Add something in the data set ?

Thank you very much

Hi  @AhmadImbaidin ,

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data. We can better understand the problem and help you.

Hello @Anonymous

I attached a photo of my matrix visual above along with the data table am using.

if you look at the rebate row and the Var% column you will see the % is positive because in the calculation group it can't identify the expenses account since am using seperate measures for each calculation.

if i used the account column from the data set along with the calculation group, it works just fine but i lose the ability to adjust each row by it self ( conditional formatting )
