Hello,
I have received a specific request for a section of the report where links to PDF files should be displayed. These PDF files will be stored in an OneDrive/SharePoint folder, or (in ideal case) in a shared folder on Windows. I will decide where to store the PDFs based on Power BI options. The PDF files will be named based on the first column (ID).
Is it possible to automatically generate and display links to these PDF files in the last column in the report?
For reference, I have attached a screenshot of the desired state of the report.
Thank you in advance. 🙂

Hi @Thuban98
If you have a path, you can build a link in POWER BI.
Using string concatenation and hyperlink datatypes, you create the column.
It works with any web-based system.
Make sure users have access to the folder you open
Microsoft documentation for more information

Hi if you implement my solution,of course.
You are putting them as regular values.
And every new row it will generate new links

Thank you for suggesting a solution. Is there any way to set up a query to continuously load links to new files from the sherpoint folder into the matrix/table with hyperlinks?
