Include this month in a relative data search

Hi guys, I currently have a bar chart, filter and some buttons, one for this month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months.

When I tap on the "Next 3 Months" button I want it to not only display Nov, Dec and Jan (At the current time of posting this), but I would also like it to include This Month so that I can compare the data without having to switch back and forth from This Month to 3 Months or 6 Months, etc.

I currently use the relative date filter type in order to filter the data and then use bookmarks on the buttons action in order to switch between each view. Using include today doesn't work also because it doesn't give me the full month of data and I also tried adding two Month/Year filters but they don't act indepenantly.

If there is no way to include the current month with the next 3 months of data could you please let me know thanks.

I am not familiar with an alternative way of achieving what you're after other than establishing the Relative Period yourself using DAX.  A pretty good topic / solution at the following link that may help achieve what you're after:
