Hi!
I have a visual that I need to filter by a paramenter based on a rule "All except by 3 text IDs". As the Advance filter only has a maximum of 2 rules, and only was able to achieve that by unselecting the 3 parameters from the list.
My concern is when new parameters appears in the database, what is gonna happen? are they going to be added to the manual filter?, Is there any way of having the possibility of activating something similar to the pivot tables function in excel "Include new items in manual filter"?
I know that I can resolve this by creating a calculated column but I want to avoid that if possible.
Thanks!

Hi @pratafran
I can reproduce your problem as below
Is my understanding correct?
If so, create a measure ("All except by 3 text IDs: a,b,c")
Measure = IF(MAX(Sheet3[parameter]) in {"a","b","c"},0,1)
When data updates, just modify your measure, it should also work.
Best Regards

That definitely helps. It would be great to have the possibility to add more than 2 conditions in the PBI filters but at least this workaround works.
