Imported Numbers in Millions

I have a set of financial statements which are in millions. (There is no way of obtaining the data without rounding to the nearest millions)

What are the best way

(1) Import the numbers into Power BI and multiple all number columns by 1000000 (I tried to use "Transform", Multiple by 1000,000 but this can only be applied column by column)

(2) Alternate way is to "tell" Power BI that all the numbers are rounded to the nearest millions (not sure if this is at all possible), so that the visuals will be displayed correctly.

Appreciate much!

HI @alvinyong,

So you mean your table contains both abbreviation million unit records and normal unit records? If this is a case, any specific character that remarks the current unit in your records? (e.g. K, M with numeric value)

For this scenario, you can add a calculated column with if statement and text function to check if 'K, M' character exists and extract number value to multiply with 1,000 and 1000,000.

If not, please provide some dummy data with a similar data structure to test and coding formula:

BTW, #2 is impossible to achieve on power bi side.

No way to do 2 that I know of. Probably going to have to do column by column.
