Report not refreshing but the scheduled dataset refresh shows completed

I have created a report which fetches data from SQL & Snowflake databases. I schduled the dataset refresh at 9am, 11 am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm and 7pm respectively.

I have kept a a card tile which shows the current UTC time. So, whenever the dataset refreshes it would show the refreshed time. but the problem is the report is not refreshing after 1pm until next day. Whereas the dataset sceduled refresh says completed. We are using the organisation's gateway which is maintained by the IT team. This is strange.. What could be the reason?

@Anonymous ,

So the dataset has been updated correctly but data in your report haven't changed, right? Have you refreshed the report normally by clicking the "refresh" button and check if the data change?

In addtion, because this issue is not easy to reproduce, I have found similar cases below for your reference:

Difficult to say, but if it is a dashboard tile to which you are referring, dashboard tiles retain the filter context for when they were publsihed, this might be the cause. Also, might be how exactly you have configured the measure or whatever is behind that card tile.

@Greg_Deckler I just displayed the Datatime.Now() function in the card tile.
