Power BI doesn't support to connect to Microsoft Word currently. You can post your idea in Idea Forum, and add your comments there to improve Power BI and make this feature coming sooner.
As a workaround, you may convert it into PDF or XML format, then connect to it using XML or PDF connector, see: Connect to PDF files in Power BI Desktop. Or you may extract tables into Power BI from Word saved as HTML, see: Import Tabular Data from PDF using Power Query.

@Anonymous , I doubt word file, but you can do from pdf
