Import excel/xml file

Hello, I'm having some problems using an excel/xml file as datasource.

 

1) File opened with Notepad

2) I can use the file with excel

3) I can't find the table when import in Power BI

Maybe I didn't understand your answer, but the code in Advanced Editor didn't help me.
