Advanced searching within column text function wanted. Possible?

I am looking for something that is (I think) pretty advanced. I hope to hear from some great minds here if it is possible, and if yes, how?

The problem

In the data we see two columns, one which contains a call number, and one with a lot of strings all in one cell. In this cell we see a sample conversation between 3 persons. The middle persons says '#callcoaching'. This is the string I want to extract.

But not only that. I want to see who (the name) of the person who has said '#callcoaching', and the name of the first person that has initiated the call (the one that the coaching is meant to). The third one is just there to represent the real data, since the cells contain much more information than just 3 persons. There are dates and times before the names, these can be deleted if possible.

I want to show the total amount of instances where people have said the words '#callcoaching', which people are the most 'coached' (the first persons/call initiators) and which people use this phrase the most. I think we therefore need the have the data in separate columns, but I am not sure.

I have no idea if this is possible, but I hope someone here has an idea if this is doable in DAX or R or M or something.
