You will need to install a gateway and then configure schedule refresh for the dataset.

Hi Maggie,
I've done all that.
The schedule refresh is working, but the value's / data is incomplete.
When I refresh in Desktop application my total value is 2 million.
When the schedule refresh ran, the total value is 500.000...

Data limit here is not related to model size. It is related to how much data is being transferred during refresh. There is a 10 GB limit on that. Users model can be 488 MB but if he is downloading more than 10 GB during refresh it will fail. Please provide RAID's if you want us to investigate new refresh failures. There is no data download limits in PBI desktop so it will be successful over there. For more information please see.
Best Regards
Maggie
Hi Maggie,
There's no way the data that will be transferred is > 10 GB.
The whole database isn't even 10GB in total.
Is there any log I can check to see what the scheduled refresh is doing?
I've found the feature to export the logs from the gateway.
Is it okay to share the logs here?
Is fixed in latest version.
