I have a background image on my report and also some images on the right side that occasionally will stop loading and just show nothing. These are embedded directly in my report and not hosted anywhere remotely. The only way to get them to show again for me is clearing the cache in the browser.
Does anyone have any suggested fix for this? It can end up making reports look quite ugly..
(On the below image, the background is showing as white and the buttons on the right are just spinning and not loading)
Hi @jd8766 , how are you? 🙂
Those kinds of problems use are related with, like you said, a matter of cache on your browser.
One workaround that might help is to resize the image you want to use on a website such as https://www.easy-resize.com/en/
I would suggest you to try this approach and see if the image loads faster 🙂
Also, if that happens, press CTRL+F5 and see if the image loads better.
Hope I was of assistance!
Cheers
Joao Marcelino
