Image on the x-axis

I need to add an image on the x-axis, instead of displaying a value, display that image conditionally. It's possible?

To make it easier, follow the pbix attachment that shows that it is possible to add an image in the header of the cross columns, but in the axis of the combination graph, instead of showing the image, the URL appears

I would question the value-add of the image. If you insist on having it look into Charticulator or charts.powerbi.tips to create your own visual.
