Image/icon not showing on Cortana answer sheet when she brings it up

I have two pictures to best show what's happening here - the data is completely fake and it's just a proof of concept, so forgive how ugly it is! But the point of interest is the little lightbulb....

Here's what you see if you look at my workspace or on my original Power BI desktop:

Here's what you see if you summon the same answer sheet with Cortana... The Lightbulb before the hint text is missing:

 
The lightbulb image was an image that I added by going to 'images' in PBI desktop, then inserting it from my computer. I've made sure that it's top priority for layering (bring to front) and it is visible on the cloud. 

Has anyone else fixed this issue?

I got response from PG:

"Image not shown in cortana is a known issue and is currently by design. We don't have a timeline to fix it."
