Image grid - working on online versions of Power BI and Teams, but not on desktop apps

Hi, after long serach I was not able to find anything on this. 

I have added an Image grid in my power bi project, developed in the Power BI desktop app. After publishing it, if I open the report in my Power BI through office.com it works fine. But in my project as such (desktop app of Power BI), the images show as error (image attached).

Similar thing happen in Teams: as you might know, you can add a subsite in teams link to a power BI report. In the online version of Teams, the images appear correctly, but in the desktop app of Teams they don't.

Any idea?

Agreed with amitchandak , please check if any firewall or antivirus software prevent your machine to access to the service where the image stored.

If this is not solved, could you show an example url of the image so we can make a test?

@Anonymous , Typically images are given as url. Just check you are able to open those on your desktop on some browsers

To me seems like access permission issue on your desktp
