Is thier anyway i can use the image format of data:image/png;base64.... in PowerBI to display image visuals ?
- I am using a PowerApp to take pictures and the data that comes out of those is the format i showed above.

From Powerapps, the image data is already in Base64. But when i want to display the images in PowerBi it does not appear. Even setting the column to a Image URL.
