I'm pulling in files that will be updated over time as more collections are done. So, my setup is Date, Collector, and several more columns. Is there a way to setup a formula that if date is empty ignore the whole row?

You can add such a filter in Edit Queries:
Or use DAX function, such as :
FILTER(
Table,
Table[Date] <> BLANK()
) These filters will continue to work even if your data is constantly refreshed.
