Hi there,
I have a stacked bar graph as follows (test data):
Even with data labels it's difficult to see the values for each department. What I would like to do is add a tooltip to show the headcount values of each department.
However when I add a tooltip it seems to filter on the department depending on where my mouse is hovering on. See below:
My desired result when I hover over any bar is below, where the only filter applied is the country
Is there a way to do this?

According to your description, you create a tooltip page and you want to just filter by the [BU].
Here are the steps you can refer to :
(1)This is my test data:
(2)We can configure the tooltip page like this:
Close the "Keep all filters" button and put the [BU] below it.
And then we can get the result as follows:
