Ignore filters on tooltip

According to your description, you create a tooltip page and you want to just filter by the [BU].
Here are the steps you can refer to :
(1)This is my test data:(2)We can configure the tooltip page like this:
Close the "Keep all filters" button and put the [BU] below it.
And then we can get the result as follows:
