If string is "Not assigned" then lookup with another table else return the existed text

Trying to create a new column (Market Field2) if the string in column "D" contains "Not assigned" then lookup another little table and compare the Profit center with the profit center in the other little table to get the correct Market field name,

else, if column "D" NOT contain "Not assigned" then return the text in column "D"
