If statement not pulling correctly

Hi,

I am writing an if statement which will pull the value of another column "Boots Price" where the value of "Lookup" = 0

It is not proivding errors but is no providing anything in the spend (which is the new column), please help fix this?

As you can see it ppulls from the look up column, but I am wanting to pull from the boots price collumn.
