If formula error for calculated column

Hi Experts

I am getting an error with the following If formula second IF cannot see my mistake.

TWC_1 =

IF(QUOTEMAN[TRUSTWITHCONSEQ] = 1, "TWC",

    IF( QUOTEMAN[TRUSTWITHCONSEQ] = 0 && QUOTEMAN[Firm Price (Exc VAT)(£)]<> BLANK(),QUOTEMAN[Firm Price (Exc VAT)(£)]))

Try this "NOT(ISBLANK(QUOTEMAN[Firm Price (Exc VAT)(£)])) instead of "QUOTEMAN[Firm Price (Exc VAT)(£)]<> BLANK()"
