If I won't click on any of the card buttons initially it should show nothing.

Hi,

Basically I have 2 Buttons as Card A and Card B. So for this I have already created 2 buttons for Card A and Card B . So when user click on Card A button it will show the Monthly details of CARD A and when user clicks on  Card A button and clicks on DETAILS of CARD A button then it  will go to the detail card A page as below 

when user clicks on Card B button it will show the Monthly details of CARD B. and when user clicks card B button and clicks on Details of CARD B button that will go to the detail card B page as below

Now what i need is Intially when no buttons are clicked it should show the button background colour as white and with no text but when any of the CARD buttons are clicked it should show the button background colour as red and text in it as shown(Details of cards)

Could you please help me with this functionality.

In Power BI unfortunately "Nothing selected"  is roughly equivalent to "Everything selected"  (with some caveats).

Introduce a card C button that has no data behind it, and make it the default selection.
