Identify which projects moved into another category

Hello

We have categorized open projects into age buckets like 0-30 days, 30-60 days and so on

Users want to know which project moved from one aging category to another and be notified by alert

To begin with I can create a count of projects in each category which will give me an indication of when projects move out of one category to another but how do I identify which projects moved .

Could you please provide a sample PBIX? At least the sample data in the TEXT mode. The solution all depends on the data.

I want to make this more clear. One project A is in 0 - 30 group at first. When the days of A become 31 then alert. Nothing will happen with days 32, 33 ... Is this the scenario?

Your understanding is perfect. I want to set a dashboard to immediately alert users when there is movement in category. I believe I can set an alert for everytime there is a change in the data but not sure if it will be able to identify which invoice moved
