Identify Number and Fill Down

Hi, need help with the below, I have tried although I am unabel to solve.

My aim is to identify each number above the date and time, then fill the identifed number down against the date and time including each number below the date and time in the TAB-Copy Column.

Hi,

Change column data type to Whole Number.

Then replace error as null

Then fill down.
