Ideas on how to replicate arrows of excel conditional formatting ?

hi everyone,

how can i get something like this in power bi? practically for each dealer row, I want to compare a parameter and depending on the value put an arrow of a different color. Advice / ideas?

@carlobonan , you can use icon formatting. Under conditional formatting.
