Icon on y-axis when not starting on 0

Hi guys,

Is there a possibility the add a icon to my y or x axis when it's not starting at 0. 

I found an example online (which is acutally made by swing mosaic).

What I have right now looks like this:

Any idea if this is possible?

I do not any such option in power bi chart. You can check if there is an idea or you can give one
