Icon Maps

Hi all , 

Is there a way for me to have a custom image background when using icon maps ? 

Everytime i go to have a custom url ackground the image displays multiple times rather then once ?

Like attached Below. 

I saw James Dales do a similar thing where he had a custom background so was just wondering where i was going wrong.

i think that the instrument that you need is a custom visual like Synoptic Panel by OKViz.
