Hi Community,

When I tried to configure in the icon map, it can also shows the icon only without line and linkage on the map by filling only Icon location but keep original and destination location empty.

It works but sometimes it still shows some random line. 

Did anyone have such a situation and how to solve this problem?

It sounds like some of your records can't recognize/analytics by icon map visual, maybe you can contact to the visual author to report this issue:
