Hi,
I am really stuck, and hope that somebody can help me.
I have a table like this, just much bigger:
| Person | Status training 1 | Status training 2 | Status training 3 | Status training 4 | Status training 5 |
| Hanna | Completed | Completed | Completed | Completed | Completed |
| Peter | Completed | Registered | Not Registered | Completed | Not Registered |
If a person has completed all trainings, write completed, else not completed.
I can make it work when checking 1 column with this:
if Text.Contains([Status training 1], "Completed") then "Completed" else "Not Completed"
However, I cannot make it work if it is to check all 5 columns.
I want a column that writes completed if all trainings are completed, otherwise it should write not completed.
I sincerely hope, that somebody here has the answer! 🙂

@Gnieren , You can create a new column like
new column =
if( if([Status training 1] = "Completed",1,0) + if([Status training 2] = "Completed",1,0) + if([Status training 3] = "Completed",1,0)+ if([Status training 4] = "Completed",1,0)
+ if([Status training 5] = "Completed",1,0) >=5, "Completed", "Not Completed")
If these are 5 it can be done like this. But more than might opt for other option
