IF X is greater than X then return X

I am currently recreating reports from an older system on PowerBI and there is an issue that i have been trying to resolve. So on the old report the fields are as follows:

And on the PowerBI i have tried to replicate this and keep getting error messages. I really dont know much about PowerBI and am struggling to build anything beyond a very basic report.

Can someone help here?
