I would like to make an IF statement based on the date in my DateDimension Table.
Date is calculated as:
DateDimension = Calendar(Date(2018,12,23),Date(2019,12,31))
I would like to write an If statement:
Category = IF(DateDimension.Date=1/1/19,"Holiday","NA")
Is this possible? Right now, I am getting #Error as the result.
Do I have to make a second table of Holiday Dates and then match them to get a result?
Was trying to avoid making extraneous tables. TYIA.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Try:
Category = IF(DateDimension[Date]=DATE(2019/1/1),"Holiday","NA")
Try:
Category = IF(DateDimension[Date]=DATE(2019/1/1),"Holiday","NA")
