IF AND Custom column

I am trying to create a new column based on the below

IF([ColumnA]=false and [ColumnB]>20 and [ColumnC] = true then "true" else "false")

But i keep gettting a syntax error "Token Comma expected. 

What am i doing wrong?

in dax

IF([ColumnA]=false() && [ColumnB]>20 &&  [ColumnC] , true(), false() )

power query

IF [ColumnA]="false"  and [ColumnB]>20 and [ColumnC] = true then "true" else "false"
