I want to show comulative count month and year wise.

I want to sum the previous month with the current month dynamically.

For example : Feb=100 , jan = 10 ,march = 20 result on march ( current month ) should be march + jan + fed = 130.

This is the appropriate measure for tackling this.

Running Total =
CALCULATE (
    COUNTROWS ( Sales[SalesAmount] ),
    FILTER (
        ALL (Sales),
        Sales[DateKey] <= MAX ( Sales[DateKey] )
    )
)
