Please set the cross-filter direction between crm_powerbi table and Creacion Cierre table to "Both".

Since you are making a one to many relationship you need to use the single side of your relationship to make the axis and the slicer in this case if you use the Column date from the Creation table should work has needed.
Can you please share a mockup data or sample of your PBIX file. You can use a onedrive, google drive, we transfer or similar link to upload your files.
