I have tables from multiple data sources, I want to create a table visual but unsure of modelling

I have tables from multiple data sets.
I am trying to create a table visual from these tables combined, but one column shows repetitive values please see the image.

The model view looks like this. I am not very familiar with creating relationships

Please let me know what am I doing wrong.

I don't see anything wrong - yet.  What is the error/issue that you are experiencing?

The column no. 6, 7, and 8 are showing just one value repetitively. It is supposed to be different values.
