I estimate that it does not affect filter with the exception of one

Good afternoon dear,

This is to resort to your extensive knowledge in this wonderful world, I am having a problem with a calculation that I do not know how to get it, I already tried several ways and I can not get the result I want, I explain briefly, I have 2 tables (1 Base where I accumulate all the cost of 2 years and another table where I accumulate projected and executed kilos by cost center), Both are related by several teachers (one age teacher, another cost center teacher and 2 calendars that I use to place 2 filters in the report since we compared 2 different years).

I need to calculate the projected kilos and for that I need the total budget without affecting any filter, only that I have 2 pivot tables and one of them shows the costs by age (the ages I pull the age teacher), the problem is that I already tried with the functions "All" and "AllExcept" but I am still affected by the date filters, Right now the report is with the following calculation

1_$_Ppt_T = CALCULATE([1_$_Ppt],ALLEXCEPT(Base,Base[NCOSECHA]))
And it does not affect the stage filter, but if it affects the date filter and does not divide it by ages, it puts the same value on me for all ages, please, how could I solve it?
I can not upload the file because I can not find the option to do so, if you could guide me I would appreciate it, but anyway I leave a link with the link so you can download it if you wish.
From now on I am very grateful for your time, cordial greetings.
