I don't know how to check this list column

someone gave me this table with those values, i don't have the expand column option or anything, what should i do?

The Power Query UI sometimes does that.  Close the file, open another file, then close that and open your file again.  That should "unstick"  the UI elements.

If you click on any of the List items, the Popup window will appear at the bottom and show the values.
