I can't Centre the Conditionally Formatted values in a Table

Hello Experts,

I have this Table and Last 2 Columns I Conditionally Formatted. I want to Move the numbers 30 in each of these 2 Column to Centre as are the other values in Table. When I go to Field formatting, the Option is Grayed Out. HOW Can I move  number 30 to CENTRE of Each Cell.
