Hello!
I need to calculate the total time considering only a working schedule and only regarding working days. The working hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday 08:50:00 to 17:00:00
Friday 08:50:00 to 16:10:00
To do this, I have the following:
Reception Time
Resolution Time
Day Week
The Day Week I have it divided as follows:
Monday to Thursday = "other"
Friday = "Friday"
I do the above with Date Name that looks for me that and Day Week categorizes it.
Therefore I need the hot weather to be only that found in working hours where, for example:
If Reception Time is 10:00:00 and Resolution Time is 10:20:00 the result is 00:20:00 (both are during business hours)
If Reception Time is 18:00:00 and Resolution Time is 19:00:00 the result is 00:00:00 (both are outside business hours)
If Reception Time is 18:00:00 and Resolution Time is 09:00:00 the result is 00:10:00 (although the Reception Time is higher than the departure time, depending on the day, the Resolution Time begins to run from 08:50:00 so 10 minutes elapse).
If Reception Time is 16:00:00 on Friday and Resolution Time is 09:00:00 on Monday the result is 00:20:00 (since the departure time on Friday is 16:10:00, here I add 00:10:00 and the entry time on Monday is 08:50:00 which adds another 00:10:00).
The final result should be for each record in HH:MM:SS format
Thank you, I hope you can help me.
