I apply a filter and the information in a chart disappears

Hello Community! I need your help,
When I apply an X filter, the information in 3 similar graphs disappears. The complex thing is that it only happens to me with 1 filter and not with the rest that works well. I have reviewed the configuration and I find no differences with the rest. Can you help me?

Have you checked the underlying data whether the information displayed on your visuals exists for the filter selection combination that you are doing?

Yes, look in the tables and there I have in the filter column, selected the filter column = 1 and in Q5 which is the source for the graphs you can see the options that should be displayed

I don't see any filters on the columns on your screesnhot.

Can you apply filters and then share the screenshot?
