Hybrid Matrix/Table Visual

Hi,
I need to migrate a tabluar report made with ReportBuilder into Power BI.
My challenge is that I can't find any suitable visual to replicate in Power BI the original tabular report features.

My ideal PBI visual would be a hybrid visual which first 3 colums behave like in a matrix visual, and the others like in a table visual.

Like in the below example

Any suggestion?

Well, it seems this section in the matrix visual options can help in some way
