Human Resources Turnover Dashboard (Sharing Company Example)

I'm not sure if this is the place to post this, or if anyone would find it of use, but I thought I'd share something on a Friday afternoon.

The link below is one example of my organization's attempt create an interactive dashboard for manager's to explore the volume and cost impacts of turnover incurred over time, within different department/divisions. Using data pulled from our HR system, we've uploaded into the BI platform and created filters and graphs to provide simple, but hopefully meaningful, data that our leaders can act upon.

I know BI provides a great resource on HR data dashboards as well, but just thought another visual may help inspire others too. Apologies on some crude white-out applied to protect some company info, but hopefully you get the intent. Have a great weekend!
